Our Booking & Cancellation Policies

7-Day Cancellation Policy

 

1. Cancellation Period: Guests may cancel their reservation without penalty up to 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.

 

2. Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made in writing via email ,A cancellation confirmation will be sent to the guest upon processing.

 

3. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date will incur a penalty equivalent to one night’s stay, charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

 

4. No Show Policy: Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date will be considered a “no show” and will be charged for the entire stay.

 

5. Modification of Reservations: Changes to the reservation, such as altering dates or room types, are subject to availability and may require a cancellation and rebooking.

 

6. Special Circumstances: Exceptions may be made for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances; documentation may be required. Guests should contact the facility directly to discuss.

 

7. Policy Updates: ALMA AFTERCARE ⁠reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Guests will be notified of any changes at the time of booking.
